Pedró
This is a Modernist monument which has presided over the town square for 100 years, commemorating its most illustrious son. It is the work of the architect Josep M. Pericas and is sculpted of stone from Folgueroles. The effigy of the poet is surmounted by a cross-shaped pinnacle bearing the figures of Saint Francis; the Sacred Heart; Saint Eulalia, the patron saint of Barcelona; and the Virgin of Montserrat, the patron saint of Catalonia.
